Vendore Booth Registration (first come first serve booths)
New Tradeshow Bingo: Conference attendees will be given a tradeshow bingo card with the company name of various vendors. As a vendor, you will be given stickers to distribute to individuals who visit your booth. Attendees will be encouraged to visit each booth in order to complete their bingo card before the prize drawing, which will be held during the Wednesday evening reception.
Vendor Set-Up: Tuesday, August 4th, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Vendor Tear-Down: Wednesday, August 5th, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Fees & Payment: Booths are $900 each and include one complimentary conference registration. Please use the conference registration to register and make payment. If you have more than one employee staffing your booth, you must pay a registration fee for each additional employee. Please be sure to include all employees who will attend the conference. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE.
Small Boxes: $3.00
(Up to 12”x12”x17”; less than 20lbs)
Medium Boxes: $5.00
(Up to 36”x36”x36”; between 21 and 51lbs)
Large Boxes: $10.00
(Up to 72”x30”x30”; between 51 and 100lbs)
Pallets and Crates: Flat $50 per item
Individual Items in excess of 100lbs will be billed $0.10/lb
*Additional fees based on weight and size may be assessed for oversized shipments.
